Sunday is a lawn fertilizer subscription company. They specialize in “smart plans” backed by location data and turf science, creating a custom plan specific to your lawn using all natural ingredients. Customers subscribe to an annual plan which includes three shipments each year (Spring, Summer, Winter).

The Problem

Customers didn’t have the ability to manage or cancel their lawn subscriptions. Instead, they have to call in to customer service which results in frustrated customers and increased of CS support tickets.

User Research

Gathered data from previous customer service tickets and complaints regarding subscription management. Ran competitive analysis on other subscription-based eCommerce brands.

The Solution

Create a new “subscription dashboard” page allowing customers the ability to edit or cancel their lawn subscriptions.

Results

Increased customer control and satisfaction by allowing them to manage their account and less CS support tickets.
