Pruvi Scheduling Mobile App

Pruvi is a hassle-free scheduling app to book in-store product demos at Whole Foods stores across the country.

Background

Pruvi V1.0 was originally launched for desktop, but there was a growing need to offer a responsive, mobile-friendly version (V2.0) for tablets and mobile devices. I was assigned this project as the UI/UX designer for V2.0.

The goal was to improve usability on mobile devices and enhance the UI on the scheduling flow.

Challenge

The biggest challenge I faced throughout this project was designing for a smaller screen size since there are quite a few steps to go through in order to book a demo.

On the second screen, the user selects required info (Brand, Demo Rep, Products) and the app state will change to allow the user to finish booking.

Users are able to select store locations, review which days are open for demos and schedule accordingly. They can also select the brand and products used for the demo.
